Q1. What makes you different than all the other software developers in the market out there?
We want users of our applications to have the best of all worlds in terms of the 'one click' approach and ease of use. The navigation process must be easy recognizable and quick!
Q2. To use spreadsheets in business is easy and even easier to programme and refine calculations. Why is it necessary to convert to your programme?
To compile spreadsheets is easy. Depending on your knowledge level on how to use spreadsheets to monitor your business, it is still very time consuming and tedious. As you expand and elaborate your calculations and tables, you reach a point that becomes difficult to track all your formulae and sort out mistakes! At year and month ends you have to sometimes duplicate sheets and reconnect formulas - and the cycle starts again...... Your staff never understand your 'spreadsheets' and it becomes difficult to entrust certain administrative tasks to them!
When you start using our management system it takes 15 - 20 minutes to add all relevant readings (staff can do this) and the rest of the day you can manage your business. Choose periods to view or print strategic reports, etc.
Q3. We send sms with our cellphone. Why software on a PC?
The modern cellphone has improved memory to handle much more data than in the past, but still frustrating to send a huge sms batch and you actually have to leave your phone to complete the send. With the Pc you send huge batches and carry on working on your computer. You have records/logs of all communication and have the choice to print and file for audit trailing purposes, and much more!
Q4. Our client data are already in a separate database program. When I use your sms system then I have to maintain more than one database? How can I overcome the duplication of my database and still broadcast important information to my client?
There are two options - we can use a 'synch application' that you regularly synch with your established database (we need to know what database you are using, etc.), or you can export/copy the contact numbers and other relevant information about the client (up to 4 columns of information) and paste in the actual message window, without compromising your data! Once the paste is complete you can create 'merge messages' with the different columns of information!
Q5. It appears that your price per sms is 'expensive' in comparison with other suppliers. Can you explain?
The use of a sliding scale pricing model has many advantages compared to a fixed sms rate. Click here and see a demonstration on how the average price changes as your batches becomes bigger. It accommodates the small as well as the big user. At the same time you must remember that the big user was once a small user! A point that needs to be highlighted is that the 'smaller batches' gets priority, and jumps the queue, to be sent off with a small margin of delay in comparison sending it from your cell phone. Once you register with our sms system we can negotiate a fixed price based on your account performance after 6 months. The sliding scale price model stays, and can only change with price adjustments from our company.
